COMMUTIFI was hired in the Fall of 2016 to help transform how 14,000 visitors arrive and depart each day.  For this project we are responsible for managing the full P&L, seeking out and negotiating the partnership with Uber, hiring the Valet Provider, surfacing multi-modal commuting options to all 700 employees, launch of a shuttle service for last mile connectors, and the software integration of each piece onto the COMMUTIFI Platform for live reporting.

In November 2016 the City of Boulder hired COMMUTIFI to help explore the idea of connecting commuters directly from their home to Downtown Boulder.  The Project called "Door to Downtown" or "D2D" launched on November 14, 2016  through February 14, 2017 was a wild success and showed that commuters are interested in augmenting existing mass transit with last mile solutions integrated with Uber, Lyft and zTrip.

In the Fall of 2016 COMMUTIFI partnered with ACE parking of San Diego on an "On-Demand" parking trial with app called BluCar.  Users could drop a pin anywhere within a service zone in Little Italy, HillCrest, LaJolla, and XYZ on the BluCar App and a Valet would meet the user at that location and park their car remotley.
